1977 - 1^st in the Italian Karting Championship (125 category)

1979 - 2^nd Italian Super Ford Championship (3 wins)

1980 - 4^th in the Italian F.FIAT Abarth Championship (4 wins) after a disqualified who has deprived him of a regular title

1981 - Some races in the Italian and Euroean Formula 3 Championship

1982 - Mancini back in F.FIAT Abarth (for a low budget) winning two races

1983 - Some races in F.3 and he begins the Arno F.3 development

1984 - Italian F.3 Championship with the new Arno achieving some good results

1985 - Two races in the american Can-Am championship winning in Lime Rock. He races also in the European Renault Alpine and in the last three seasonal round of Italian F.3 Championship achieving three results on top 3.

1986 - 4^th in the Italian F.3 Championship

1987 - World Touring Car Championship with a BMW M3 (Prepared by CiBiEmme); 1 race win (Silverstone)

1988 | 1989 | 1990 - Some races in F.3, Touring and e Prototype

1991 - 2^nd in the Italian Prototype Championship with a Lucchini-Alfa

1992 - 1^st in the Italian Prototype Championship with a Osella prepared by Michelotto

1993 - 2^nd in the Italian Prototype Championship with a Osella prepared by Michelotto

1994 - Mancini switches in the GT categories with a sperimental Ferrari 348 GTE developed by Michelotto and with Massimo Monti he is able to break down the Porsche reign. He partecipates also at the 24 Hours of Le Mans where he must stop the race for a mechanical failure when he was 2^nd

1995 - BPR championship with the Ferrari F40 GTE prepared by Michelotto. Pole position at 24 Hours of Le Mans

1996 - IMSA american championship with a Osella-BMW

1997 - Mancini begins the collaboration with Tampolli

1998 - 1^st European Prototype Championship with a Tampolli

1999 - Some races in GT included the 24 Hours of Daytona

2000 - FIA GT Championship with a Porsche 911 GT3-R, 1 race win in Zeltweg

2001 - FIA GT Championship with a Porsche 911 GT3-R

2002 - 2^nd in the World Prototype Championship SR2

2003 - 3^rd in the World Prototype Championship SR2

2004 | 2005 | 2006 - Some races in Le Mans Series

2010 - 1^st in the Italian GT Championship (GT Cup class) with a  Ferrari 430 GT Cup prepared by Vittoria Competizioni

2011 - 1^st in the International GT Sprint Series (GTS3 class) with a Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 prepared by AF Corse

In the 1988 Fabio Mancini begins the driving instructor activity for Porsche Italia; the year after he collaborates also with Volvo and BMW. From 1990 Mancini works with the "Centro Internazionale di Guida Sicura" (directed by Andrea De Adamich) as instructor for Alfa Romeo, Ferrari and Maserati brands.

N the last years Fabio collaborates with SKY television channel as speaker for DTM and Ferrari Challenge.
